The more detail you include, the quicker we can pinpoint and solve your problem. Here's what makes a message easy to act on.

  • Your device & Android version

    Different hardware can cause different bugs. Even a quick "Galaxy S22, Android 14" is a huge help.

  • Steps to reproduce

    Walk us through exactly what you did — "I tapped X, then Y appeared, then it crashed." The more specific, the better.

  • Screenshots or screen recordings

    A picture is worth a thousand words. If the issue is visual, a screenshot immediately tells us what we're dealing with.

  • Your in-game display name

    For leaderboard or account issues, include the name you play under so we can locate your profile quickly.
